Ingredients
- 200 gm Mawa (home made mawa https://smbhunar.blogspot.in/2017/06/how-to-make-mawa-at-home.html)
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 gm Sugar
- 50 gm Semolina (suji)
- 1/2 cup Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup ghee
- crashed almond & pistachio (badam, pista)

How To Make In Gujarati
- pehla ek non-stick pan lo yehma ghee garam karo..
- pachi gas ne slow flame par karo
- pachi yehma suji nakho ane barabar mix karo
- pachi yehma milk powder nakho again barabar mix karo
- pachi yehma sugar add karo ane barabar mix karo
- pachi yehma mawa nakho ane again barabar mix karo ane contnously stirr karta rehjo taake poora mixture nu color golden brown thai jai
- pachi yehma milk add karo... ane milk ne boil thawa dejo ubrawa tak..
- pachi milk boil thai jai pachi gas ne slow flame par karjo ane continuously mix karta rehjo ..
- pachi yehma badam pista nakhjo ane barabar mix karjo
- continous mix karta rehjo, milk pooro sukhai jaase ane ek thick golden brown color nu paste bani jaase...
- aflatoon nu mixture ready
- hawe ek oil si grease kareli bowl lo ane yehma aa mixture ne nikali lo
- pachi yehne barabar tap kari lejo ane yehna par badam pista chidki dejo...
- ane je size na pcs jowe yeh size na cuts muki dejo
- ane pachi yehna room temperature par aawi jawa dejo
- aflatoon ready
How To Make In English
- first take a non-stick pan and heat oil in it
- then turn the gas to low flame
- add semolina to it and mix well
- then add milk powder to it and mix well
- the add sugar to it mix well
- then add mawa to it and mix well and keep stirring the mixture on slow flame till it turn to golden-brown in color
- now add milk to it and .. cook the milk till boiling point...
- then again slow the flame
- and add crushed amlond and pistachio to it and again mix well
- keep stirring the mixture... all the milk will dry and a thick golden brown paste will remain... approx (10 mins)
- then pour the mixture in a bowl greased with oil and tap it well
- then sprinkle crushed almond and pistachio on it
- then make cuts for desired size pieces
- then keep it aside to come to room temperature
- then remove the pieces in a plate and serve
Milk powder in so much quantity. Homemade Maws is also from milk powder only n then again in recipe milk pwdr added.
