Receipe for chicken malai tikka
Recipe By Alifiyabhen Taherbhai Haji
Take 400 g boneless chicken and cut them into small pieces wash and drain the water
Marinate them with salt and lemon juice and keep it for 15 mins
Take another bowl in it add
2tbs hung curd
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp black pepper pwd
2 tbs cream (i used malai)
2 tbs g.g paste
2tsb kasuri methi
2 tbs chaat masala
Salt as per the taste
Mix all the ingredients well and add chicken pieces to it.keep them for 6 to 8 hours
Put the pieces into the skewer
Take a pan add 2 tbs oil and shallow fry. After 10 mins turn to other side and let them cook on low flame
Once they are done turn off the gas
Serve them with sauce or chutney
