Ingredients
For Chicken
- 300 gm boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste (adrak-lasan)
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- oil
For Gravy
- 1 tbsp butter
- 500 gm cut slit tomotoes
- 100 gm chopped onions
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 50 gm cashew (kaju)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
- 1.5 tbsp vinger
- salt to taste
For Final Mixing
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
How To Make
- Marinate Chicken & Roast It............ take a bowl and add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder and salt to taste
mix well
keep it aside to marinate for 15-20 mins
now take a pan.. add 2-3 spoon oil and roast the chicken in it
roast till it turns brown
then take the chicken in a bowl and keep aside - Making Gravy................ Use the same pan for making gravy
on medium flame add onion in it and sprinkle oil on it
then add butter and mix well till onion are cooked
then add tomatoes and cashew and mix well...
then add 1/2 cup water, garlic paste, salt, vinger, sugar, garam masala and red chill powder... and mix well
let it cook for 15 mins on slow flame ... till all ingredients becomes soft and well cooked
now take the mixture from gas... and grind the mixture on low-medium speed in grinder
we should get thick gravy
- Now Mixing Gravy & Chicken .......................first Strain the gravy using a sieve(chalni)... strain as much as possible so that there is minimal wastage
now pour the mixture in the same frying pan we used to make gravy..
then add chicken to it
then add butter & cream to it
and last 1tsp kasoori methi to it
mix well
cook for 5-7 mins on low flame
Butter Chicken Ready
Serve in A Bowl
