EGGLESS CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Recipe: Alefiya lokhandwala from Ahmedabad
Ingredients
Maida 1.5 cups
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Milk compound 1.5-2 bars
Amul Butter 50gms
Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Sliced almonds for garnishing
Melt the milk compound in a double boiler. Add butter. Stir till it melts.
After complete melting add vanilla essence, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Switch off the gas. Now add powdered sugar. Mix well. Add milk. Mix again.
Add the Maida and mix properly. Add more milk if the consistency is thick.
Garnish with sliced almonds.
Grease a baking tin with butter. Dust with flour. Pour the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Cool a little before serving. Cut in pieces and enjoy with chocolate sauce.
