Jalebi (English)

Things Needed:
- 1/2 cup maida
- 1/4 cup sour dahi
- 1 pinch baking soda
- ghee
- 1/4 cup sour dahi
- 1 pinch baking soda
- ghee
For Chasni:
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tspn kesar
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tspn kesar
How To Make:
- Put dahi and soda in maida and make paste....Cover n leave for 8 hours....
- After 8 hours it should become like free flowing paste....
- Make cone of plastic bag and fill the mixture in it....Cut the tip of the cone....
- Make chasni by putting sugar and kesar in water....
- Heat ghee and from cine make spirals directly in the ghee....
- After removing from ghee put directly in chasni....
- Let it be there in chasni for atleast 1 minute....
- Serve with Dahi....
