1 small packet of noodles i use yuppie noodles
1 cup of mix veggies finally chopped of ur choice
i use capsicum onion n cabbage
chilly souce 2 tbl spn
soya souce 1/2 tbl spn
salt as per ur taste
corn flour 1 tbl spn
1 egg
take a fry pan n soute all veggies till they cook
boil noodles n keep aside untill they cool
after cooling both veggies n noodles take a bowl n mix all above ingredients n also add noodles masala
mix all ingredients well n make balls now deep into egg n deep fry them... tasty noodles veggies tikka ready to eat
