1 chicken
1/2 tbsp lasan adu
1 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup dahi
1 tbsp tomato puree
Marinade chicken with above ings
Grill in oven
Heat oil about 2-3 tbsps. Do vagar of 1 tsp jeeru and 1 tsp lasan. Add 1 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 cup tomato sauce can add more if wanted and ambli to taste. When it starts boiling add plenty of dhana pwd about 1 tbsp and a little jeeru pwd. After adding that don't boil too much as it will turn black
Lastly before serving add lemon according to taste
Can also do dhungar of chicken if wanted to give it a smokey taste
