Hello friends....
Lets learn something interesting today.... lets learn how to make Amber Misri(Sugar)
Amber Misri is a type of Sugar which is used for auspicious occasion....
THINGS NEEDED:
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 pinch amber
How To Make:
- Grind 2 spoon sugar with amber and keep it aside....
- Then make chasni of sugar by adding water ..... boil on low flame.... keep it stirring till the sugar melts completely....
- Then add sugar-amber mixture in the chasni and keep stirring on low flame....
- When it starts to froth then take from gas....
- Grease a plate with ghee.... and spread the mixture on the plate....
- Make cuts with knife on it .... so that when it becomes hard it can easily vome out....
- Amber misri is ready.....
