- 500 gm peeled chopped potatoes
- 500 gm chopped tomato
- 100 gm green peas
- 200 gm butter
- 200 gm finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeeru)
- 2 tbsp chill powder
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 chopped capsicum
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- salt to taste

How To Make
Step-1
- take a pan and add potato, tomato , green peas , 1 cup water and salt to taste
- then cover the pan and cook for 10-15 mins on medium flame
- you can even use pressure cooker ... cook till 3 whistles
- after cooking smash the mixture with smasher and make a thick paste
- after making a thick paste... remove the mixture in bowl and keep it aside
Step-2
- next take a pan and butter, onion, cumin seeds, garlic paste, chili powder and mix well...
- then add capsicum, turmeric powder and garam masala in it and again mix well
- then add the smashed potato+tomato+peas mixture in it and mix well
- check for salt add if needed.... also add 1/2 cup water to make thick paste and mix well
- cook for 5-10 mins on slow flame
- your bhaji is ready
Step-3
- bring ladi pav from the market
- cut the pav from the center and apply butter inside the pav
- then toast the pav on tava or frying pan for few seconds till give u get a slight brown color from inside
For Serving
Take Bhaji in a plate... sprinkle chopped coriander on it.... and also place some some on the top of the bhaji
serve it with finely chopped onion and lemon
server it with hot pav
