Pineapple Halwa in Just 10 mins (english)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup semolina (rava/sooji)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water 
  • 2 tbsp chopped almond badam

How To Make 
  • First Take a pan and add ghee it 
  • heat the ghee 
  • then add semolina and mix well and stir continuously for 2 mins on medium flame 
  • then add pineapple puree and water and again cook  keep stirring for 2-3 on medium flame 
  •  then add sugar in it and again cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame 
  • please keep stirring continuously at all time so that the mixture does not stick to the pan
  • your halwa is ready 
  • take in bowl and sprinkle cruched almonds on it
