Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple puree https://smbhunar.blogspot.in/2017/09/how-to-make-pineapple-puree-at-home.html
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup semolina (rava/sooji)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped almond badam
How To Make
- First Take a pan and add ghee it
- heat the ghee
- then add semolina and mix well and stir continuously for 2 mins on medium flame
- then add pineapple puree and water and again cook keep stirring for 2-3 on medium flame
- then add sugar in it and again cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame
- please keep stirring continuously at all time so that the mixture does not stick to the pan
- your halwa is ready
- take in bowl and sprinkle cruched almonds on it
