Ingredients
- 800 ml milk
- 200 ml milk cream
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 15 gms agar agar powder (vegetarian gelatin)(halal gelatin)
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
For The Caramel
5 tbsp sugar
How To Make In English
- Take Milk in a pan, and place it on gas on slow flame ... add milk cream, sugar , agar-agar powder and vanilla essence to it and stir well with whisker...
- allow the milk to reach boiling point and the keep it aside and allow it to cool
- in another frying pan add 5 tbsp sugar in it and allow it to melt on slow flame... you will get a thick brown color paste..
- now take small bowls and first add 1 spoon melted sugar to the botton and the add smalll quantity of milk mixture to it (please note do not add the entire mixture in one bowl)
- now keep the bowl in deep freeze for 30 mins
- remove the bowl and place it on a plate upside down.. and slow tap to remove the pudding...
- the caramel part will be on top...
- pudding in ready
