Gajar (Carrot) Ka Halwa



Ingredients

  • 6 large grated carrots (gajar)
  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 3/4 cup sugar 
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi )
  • 1/2 cup mawa
  • 1/4 cup  grated cashew, almond pistachio (kaju badam pista)
How To Make In English 
  • Maximum cooking time 15 mins 
  • take a pan and add ghee in it, heat it for 2-3 mins 
  • then add carrot to it mix well with ghee
  • close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins on slow flame 
  • then open the lid and add milk to it and again mix well
  • close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on slow flame 
  • open the lid  and add sugar to it mix well
  • then add cardamon powder to it again mix well 
  • then add mawa to it and again mix well 
  • in the end add dry fruits to it and again mix well 
  •  Halwa is ready
