- 1/2 cup thinly shredded cabbage (patta gobi)
- 1/2 cup grated carrot (gajar)
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower (gobi)
- 1/4 finely chopped spring onion (white & green)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilleis
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic (lasan )
- 1 tbsp chilli sause
- 1 tbsp soya sause
- 1.5 tbsp vingar (sarko)
- 3 tbsp cornflour (aato)
How To Make In English
- Take a frying pan.... add oil and heat it on high flame....
- now add garlic and chilies to it mix well
- next added cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, spring onions, and cook for 2 mins on high flame
- next add soya and chill sauce and vinger (lemon juice if vinger not available) and cook for 1 min
- now add 4 cups of water
- now take a bowl and add cornflour and 1/2 cup water and mix well then add this mixture to frying pan and continuously stir it
- now add salt and black pepper as per taste
- cook for 2 mins on high flame
- soup color should be light-dark brown in color
- soup is ready
- serve hot
