- 50 gm barik rawo/suji
- pa chamchi haldi
- 1 tspn kala mari slight grind karela
- 1 tspn sekela jeeru
- 1 tspn lal marcha powder
- 2 tblspn ghee

BANAWANI REET:
- Bhaji ne barabar dhoi ne barik kapilo.
....Pachhi tel garam karo ane ehma nakhi ne soft thai tyar tak rakhi ne lai lo....
- Maida ma rawo, namak, haldi, mari ane jeeru nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi ehma methi ni bhaji, ghee ane lal marcha nakhi ne hilawi lo barabar....
- Pani nakhi ne barabar dough banavi lo.... Bav soft na thavo jove....
- small limbu ni size na lawa banavo ane medium thickness si puri banavi lo....
- Spoon si thora slight cuts muki do puri par....
- Low flame par deep fry kari lo....
