Chicken Samosa In Just 3 Easy Steps

Ingredients

1 cup chicken kheema
·
1 big finely chopped onion
·
1 chopped Green Chilli (hari mirch)
·
2 tbsp chopped coriander (kothmir)
·
½ tsp garlic paste
·
½ tsp ginger paste
·
1 tsp black pepper powder
·
½ tsp salt
·
½ tsp soya sauce
·
1 tbsp vinegar (sarko)
·
Oil For Cooking
Making Chicken
Mixture for Filling
·
Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil in it, heat it for 2-3 min on medium flame
·
Next add chicken kheema in it mix well, and cook on slow flame it it
turns white
·
Next add ginger paste , garlic paste, salt, and green chili, mix well
·
Next add onion and mix well
·
Next add black pepper powder, soya sauce and vinegar and mix well
·
Last add chopped coriander , mix well
·
Cook for 5-7 min on medium flame
·
Then take the mixture and keep it aside and allow it to come to room
temperature
Filling the Samosa
Frying
After
filling the chicken mixture in samosa pati… deep fry in oil till it turns light
brown
Serve
with Tomato sauce, Green Chutney &
