· ½ tsp salt
· ½ tsp soya sauce
· 1 tbsp vinegar (sarko)
· Oil For Cooking
Making Chicken Mixture for Filling
· Pehla ek pan lo ane yehma 2 tbsp jitlu oil nacho ane yehne medium flame par 2-3 mins maate garam karo…
· Pachi yehma chicken nu kheemo nackho ane mix karilo ane white thawa tak medium flame par cook karo
· Pachi yehma ginger paste, garli paste,nimak and hari mirch add karo and barabar mix karilo
· Pachi yehma onion add karo ane barabar mix karilo
· Pachi yehma kaali mari nu bhuko, soya sause ane sarko nacho ane barabar mix karilo
· Pachi yeh last ma chopped kothmir nacho ane barabar mix karilo
· Pachi yehne 5-7 min medium flame par cook thawa do
· Mixture ne gas par thi utarillo ane and room temperature par aawdo
Filling the Samosa
Frying
After filling the chicken mixture in samosa pati… deep fry in oil till it turns light brown.
Serve with Tomato sauce, Green Chutney & Sliced Onion
