DABBA GOSHT WITHOUT OVEN IN 3 EASY STEPS

- In this post we will see how we can make without using oven
THINGS WE NEED:
- 500 gm boneless mutton
- 3 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeeru)
- 2 tsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp cashew paste
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 cheese cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup macroni, pasta or noodles
- 1 tomato
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp ghee
HOW TO MAKE:
- Boil mutton in cooker .... Also boil macroni, pasta or noodles seperately and keep aside....
- Take a kadai or frying pan put ghee and let it heat.... then add egg paste ....then add cumin seeds (jeera) and mix well .....
- Then add wheat flour and cashew paste and keep mixing....
- Then put crushed coconut(khaman) ....then add garam masala, cheese, salt and milk and keep mixing....
- Then add mutton and macroni and milk if needed.... let it cook for 5-7 minutes.....
- Lastly fill it in a bowl and pour a beaten egg with little salt and put capsicum and tomato on it.....
- On it pour scaling hot ghee in the bowl....Remove excess ghee with spoon....
- Serve hot in same bowl.....
