Ingredients:
500 gm butta
1 lit milk
Sugar according to the taste
Chopped nuts for garnishing
Method:
Butta no paste banavo.
Ek pan ma ghee lo ne butta nu paste nakho.butta light brown colour no thai tya sudhey halavta raho.pachi 1 litre milk ehma nakho ane ehne fine pakawo continious hilata rehjo jya sudhey ae ma se ghee seprate na thai.and last ma sugar add karo ehma , ney sugar melt thai tya sudhi mix karo.ne fine sotalvanu pachi ooper si nuts nakhi ne garam piraswanu.
