Kaleji Gurda Masala

Kaleji gurda masala

Ingredients
Oil half cup
Finely  chopped  onions 2 big
Finely  chopped  tomatoes  1big
Kaleji n gurda 500gms
Milk 1 small cup
Ginger garlic  paste 2tbs
Redchilli powder  1tsp
Turmeric  half spoon
Salt according  to  taste
Cummins n coriander  powder  1tsp
Garam masala powder  1/4 spoon
Finely  chopped  coriander  1/2cup
Finely  chopped  ginger for garnish

Method 
Take a oil in pan n add onion to it fry for some time till  it turns to golden colour  then add gingergarlic paste , tomatoes, salt ,all dry spices  mixed well n saute for some time then add kaleji gurda n milk to masala mixed well n  cook for some time till kaleji gurda get  done n oil seperate from masala, granish with  coriander n ginger .

Servehot  with  butter naan or chapati.
