Ingredients
- 1 tsp ghee
- 5-6 pcs cashew
- 1 tsp kishmis
- 3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
How To Make
- first take a pan and heat it on slow flame . the add ghee, cashew, and kishmish it it and mix well till we get a golden brown mixture
- then add milk in it and boil it...
- after boiling keep stirring the milk so that milk thickens
- then add sugar and paneer in it and mix well
- then cook the mixture for 3-5 mins
- then add cardamom powder in it and mix well
- kheer is ready
- while serving sprinkle almond and cashew on it
