Ingredients
I bunch of palak
2 egg
Chilli powder, dhanajeeru, salt .
Method
Wash and dry the palak. Then chop it finely.take a bowl put chopped palak, Now add 1 egg, chilli powder, dhanajeeru, salt to it. Mix everything together. keep it aside for 15 minutes. Take a non stock pan sprinkle little oil and spread the mixture on it. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes on very low flame cover it. Once it cooked beat the other egg and spread on top. Cover it n let it cook till the egg is done. Ready to to serve. If u want u can pour hot oil on top to cook the egg..
