Mango Shrikhand

Ingredients
*Curd (I had made curd of one litre milk).
*Pulp of three mangoes
*4 tbsp sugar
Method
Once curd is made. Hang the curd overnight or till it is completely dry in texture. It will give Hung curd.
Then put the hung curd in the blender, Mango pulp and sugar.. Blend till it is smooth..
Taste it.. If u want than u can add or subtract sugar according to ur taste.
If the curd is not churning then add extra pulp to it..
Ur shrikhand is ready to serve...
Store it in freezer it will stay good for around a week.
