Mutton Biryani

BIRYANI KACCHA GOSH NI:
Recipe By Alifiyahbhen Nooruddin 





500gms mutton/ chicken
500gms basmati chawal, 
3 medium size piyaz, 
2 medium size tameta,
2 medium size bateta, 
2 tbspns adrak lasan paste,
3tbspn dahi j wadhare khaatu (sour) b na hoy n fikku b na hoy aane thick hoy, 
3tspns mirchi powder orelse taste mutabik naakhe
 2tspns haldi powder, 
2 n 1/2 tspns dhanajeeru powder, 
1 taj , 
2 3 lavang  
elaichi 1pc, 
2 tej patta, 
1 chakri phool ( star anise), 
1tspn mutton masalo,
2tbspns oil, 
2 3 daana saakhar,
3 tspns ghee
Namak as per taste...

METHOD:-
Piyaz no biristo kari ehne acche c haath c mash kari lo, 
Bateta ne golden brown fry kari lo,

FOR MARINATION

Ek motta bowl ma mutton naakhi ehma adrak lasan no paste, haldi, mircha, dhaana jeeru, mutton masalo, nimak, aane sagla khada masala naakhi, dahi naakho, tameta naakho, tel naakhi ne mix kari lo ekdum fine c mix thaavu jove, merinate karva mukido...
 Chawal ne osavi lo 1%kaccha raakho...
Hawe j wasan (vessel) ma biryani set karvani hoy ehma ghee naakho, bateta b marinate kara hova mutton ma nakhi do, aane marinate mixture wasan ma naakho, hawe ehna par chawal set karo...
Chula (gas) par ek tavo muko aane ehna par biryani nu wasan muko wasan ne newspaper c dhaaki do newspaper ne halku su gillu kari ne dhaako ehna par dhakkan dhaaki dhimmi aanch par 15 to 20 mins pakavo...
Bhaaf nikle aane khushbu aave taar tak ehne paakva do...
Biryani is ready...
Serve with soup or muttho, n dahi wala kachumber or only sliced onions...
NOTE: mutton ne akkhi raat merinate karva mukva c taste ghanoj fyn aavse n gosh b gali jase...
Instant pakavu hoy toh chicken saathe pakavo chicken jaldi gali jaai che..
Instant marination 4 c 5 kallak nu hovuj jove....
