Bhinda (1/2kg)ne wash ke ne ek kapda se dry kare lo, pachi a cut kare ne oil ma deep fry Karo ane ek plate ma nikali lo
Ek pan lo ama thodu su oil lo, ama 1green chilly, curry leafs, Aakha jeera, garma masalo 1tsp, aamchur powder, salt, dhania powder, haldi, red chilli powder and very important ingredient white tal(white seseam seeds) and black pepper powder, and 2tsp of marinara pasta sauce(made of tomato, garlic n herbs). A badhu hot oil ma add kare ne properly mix Karo have ama deep fry bhindo add kare lo and gas no flame slow kare ne bhinda ne properly mix Karo. Bhinda ma se oil separate thayi gas off kare nakho and enjoy this with roti or dal rice n roti.
