Ahemadabad
Soft dudhi chin 1 kg.
Milk or cream 250 gm.
Khoya 200 gm.
Ghee 50 gm.
Suger 100 gm.
Dry Fruits Badam Kaju Kismiss charoli 50 gm.(as desired)
Take one utensil or in Cooker put Dudhi chine, milk or malai and sote Karo till dudhi Cooked. Now add sugar and ghee till water burnt and lastly add khoya and dry fruits. Halwo is ready.
