Peach Bonanza

Peach Bonanza

Ing
Amul cream-1pack
Milkmaid 1tin small
Lemon jelly pack 1
Digestive biscuits 1pack
50gms butter
Juice of 1-2lemons
Gelatin soaked as per requirement
Method:-
⚜On ice bath beat togeter 1 pack amul cream along with milk maid n lemon juice put lemon juice in intervals don't pour full all togeter. 
⚜Now to dis mixture add puree of tinned peaches don't use the full tin,
 reserve 2 peaches for decoration 
⚜Add gelatin mix(1water+2gelatin) to this cream mixture
⚜Now in a bowl which we r going to serve make a base by mixing crushed biscuits along with butter n let it set in the fridge for half an hour .

 ⚜then pour half of cream mix on it let it set for half an hour 
 ⚜now put a layer of prepared lemon flavoured jelly just half of it,
⚜ pour remaining  half of cream mix on it, n let it set 

⚜ now put a layer of lemon flavoured jelly again if the jelly has set reheat n pour. 

⚜Decorate with sliced peaches like I did 
I have thinly sliced peaches n made a rose u can do which ever way u like....
