1ST STEP
FOR MARINATION
INGREDIENTS
250/500 gms chicken
2tbsp dahi (hungcurd or yoghurt)
2tspn adrak lasan nu paste
Lal mircha powder as per taste
1 tspn Dhana jeeru
1 tspn Haldi
1 tspn Chicken tikka masala
1tspn Garam masala
1 tbspn lemon juice
Namak as per taste
2 tbspn oil
METHOD:
1 bowl ma chicken ne barabar saaf kari ne ehne dhoi lo aane ehma uper aapela ingredients mix kari lo barabar...
1 kallak sudhi marinate thava do...
Pachi kolsa ni sigdi par chiken tikka ne pakavo screwer ya salya ni madad c
Ya toh ehne oven ma grill roast kari lo
Ya pachi pan ma normally fry kari ehne kolsa no dhungaar aapi do...

GRAVY AND CHAWAL
INGREDIENTS:500 GMS chawal,
Zeeru
Tej patta
Lavang
Kaali miri
3 medium size piyaz (barik slice c kapu huvu ehna c gravy ghani thick thai che)
2 tameta( baarik kapela)
1tbspn adrak lasan nu paste
1tspn lal mircha powder
Namak as per taste
2tbspn dahi
2 c 3 Kesar ni pakhdiyo paani ma bhigaveli
2/3tbspn oil
Kothmir as per requirement
Biristo as per requirement
METHOD:
1 tapela ya pan ma oil nakhi ehma uper apela khada masala naakhi ehma piyaz nakhi do, fine c golden brown thai taar tak sotlo, hawe ehma adrak lasan nu paste nakhi barabar mix karo pachi ehma sagla sukha masala naakhi ne barbar mix karo, hawe tameta naakhi barabar sotlo jyaar tak ehma tel chute taar tak barabar mix karo, hawe dahi nakhi barabar mix karo aane kesar paani saathe naakhi do, thodu paani nakhi ne barabar sotlo, hawe tikka naakhi ne mix karo, tikka ni gravy j bacheli hoy e b aama naakhi do...
Chawal ne ubal aave taar tak pakavo pachi biryani ne assemble karo layer wise...
Ehma kothmir aane biristo naakhi garnish karo...
