I heard about sports Rida in Rida Maaraz je Raudat Tahera ma thayu hatu....  Where they said it is specially designed for outdoor sports so that we can play with ease and dignity & grace....

It has zips on both sides of pardi instead of fully stitched.... Makes it easy to open the zips so that hath bahar nikli sake....  Same colour full sleeve t-shirt should be worn with it.... 

Also zips are stitched in ghagra in such a way ke knee tak bewe sides zip aave taake ae trouser jem bani jai....  Also matching track pants are advised.... 

Also we should always remember rida should be discarded with respect as well....

- Pardi na ghair si 3 inch chhori ne bewe side si stitch open kari desu panel tak.... ane pachhi ae open bhag ma zipper attach karsu.... 

- Ane agar ek side stitch nathi waha si sidhi line ma cut kari ne zipper attach karsu.... 

- Best chhe ke je rida ma  low panel hoi ae rida ne sports rida banaviye.... ane material bhi thick hoi with dark colours.... 

GHAGHRO: 

Ghagra na bewe side par guthan si end tak stitch kholi desu.... means ke jaha guthan aave chhe rida pahenye toh waha si open karsu end tak puru kholi desu.... 

- Ghaghra na bewe side par zipper lagavsu.... Yaha je windcheater ma zipper aave chhe je puru open thai jai chhe aevi zipper lagavsu.... jena si zipper kholwa si bewe side alag thai jai.... 

- Je zipper chhe ehne em stitch karsu ke jyare open karye toh zipper nu puller niche ni side aave ane bewe open thai jai.... Em bewe side same karsu.... 

- Sports rida no ghaghro pahenvane ghagra ne turn karsu taake zipper no bhag aagal aave ane bewe zipper ne attach kari ne pull karsu toh ae pant jem bani jase.....
