INGRIDENTS:
500gms kheemo
250gms mutter
3 eggs
3 4 tbspns Tel (oil)
Akkhu 1 Lasan
1/2 pc adrak
2 tbspn adrak lasan paste
2 medium size piyaz
2 medium size tameta
Namak
4tbsp or as per taste mircha pwdr
1 1/4 tspn Haldi pwdr
2 tspns dhana pwdr
1 tspn garam masala pwdr (optional)
Curry patta
1 2 tej patta
1 taj 
Lavang 
Ilaichi
1 Nimbu
Kothmir...

METHOD:

Paani ma kheemo, adrak lasan baarik kapela, namak naakhi boil karo, boil kara baad bachelu paani gaalan ( filter)  ni madad c 1 bowl ma drain kari lo.
Waghar maate, tel ma baddha sabud garam masala naakhi do, pachi ehma pyaaz naakhi ne golden brown thava do, hawe adrak lasan nu paste add karo aane mircha, haldi, dhaana n garam masala pwdr naakhi fine c saute karo hawe ehma tameta naakhi saute karo jyaar tak masala ma c oil nikle tyaar tak,  hawe ehma mutter nakhi 3-4 mins tak pakavo pachi ehma kheemo nakhi 2-3 mins tak saute karo hawe ehma eggs nakhi mix karo, kheema ghotala is ready...
Nimbu aane kothmir naakhi serve karo...
