HYDERABADI CHICKEN/MUTTON BIRYANI...

INGREDIENTS:
500gms mutton/chicken
500gms Basmati chawal
Kaccha papaya no paste mutton na waaste not for chicken.
2 medium sized onion
2 green chillies (optional)
300gms curd/dahi
Oil for fryng onion, jetlu tel piyaz talva maate laage che ehna c thodu kam tel lo aaj tel full biryani na process ma kaam laagse.
Kesar aane half cup dudh dudh ma kesar ni padhriyo mix karine muki de.
Phudina na patta, kothmir aane fried onion ya biristo garnishing maate.
Garam masala no powder readymade 
Ghar no hoi toh ghanuj fine
Ghar ma banavana masala ma, 2 tej patta, 3 4 lavang, kalamiri, motti ilaichi, nahni ilaichi, chakraphool, akkha dhana, shahi zeeru/normal zeeru aa baddhu roast kari ne grind kari lo ekdum fine powder ma.

METHOD:- Ek bowl ma mutton/chicken ne naakhe, ehma 300 gms dahi naakhi ehma fried onion, birista na jem fry kari ne naakhe, mutton hoy toh papaya nu paste naakhe, hawe ehma garam masalo naakhe, green mircha kapine ya grind kari ne naakhe,  lal mircha, haldi, namak, limbu no ras naakhi ne ekdum fine c marinate kare, chawal pakava maate paani na andar tej patta, lavang, ilaichi, naakhi, thodu su tel naakhe ne paani boil kare, paani fyn c boil thai jai toh ehma chawal naakhe...
80% pakaviye...
Taar tak onion  fry karela oil ma chicken ne ekdum fine c roast kare taar tak k e paaki jai aane ehma tel jhutva laage...
