Makhmali Chicken

Makhmali Chicken 
Recipe By Alefiyabhen Noorani Shahada



Marinate 
1kg chicken in 
ginger garlic paste, 
Tikka masala 100gm, 
Curd 1/2cup, 
Lime juice 1tsp, 
Red chili pwdr 3 tbsp, 
Salt n pepper to taste, 
Vineger n corn flour 1 tbsp 
Keep for 5/6hours or overnight. 


Thn make thin paste of corn flour wit water 
dip chicken pieces in it n deep fry them keep aside. 

Take oil 3tbsp in a non stick pan 
add chopped garlic 1tbsp
curry leaves 
cumin send, 
til seed, 
cashew nut, 
whole red chili 2-3, 
roast it 

Then add 1cup tomato sauce n red chili sauce 2 tbsp n red chili powder 2 tsp or acc to ur choice how much spicy u want n salt to taste 

add lil water n cook then cook for 2-3 min when sauce become in dark red colour add chicken pieces n saute it 
add til for garnishing..
