Recipe by : Fatemabhen Murtuzabhai Jariwala
Ingredients :
Left over idly batter
(1 & 1/2 cup)
Suji (1/2 cup)
Onion chopped (1/2 cup)
Green chillies (1tsp)
Salt ( to taste)
Corrainder (half cup approx)
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients nicely and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
After 15-20 take spoon size batter and deep fry.
Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
*_*Optional : to add all dry masalas.
For kids : skip green chillies.*_*
