Ghughra Recipe

GHUGHRA
Ingredients 
1. Dried green pea 200g
2. Potato 400g
3. Green mirchi 
4. Coriander 
5. Mint 
6. Amchur powder
7. Garam masala
8. Salt
Procedure
1. Boil potato and green pea.
2. Smash both the ingredient.
3. In another kadhai add oil 2/3 teaspoon, curry leaves, cumin seed, ginger (smashed) and mustard seeds.
4. Add the smashed mix into it. Let it cook for few minutes.
5. Add salt, coriander and amchur powder. Instead of amchur powder lemon juice can even be used.
6. Make dough of maida. Use this dough to make pockets of 'Ghughra'.
7. Add the stuffing into the pockets.
8. Deep fry 'Ghugra'. Serve it with garlic chatni, green chilli chatni, tamrind chatni and sweet curd.
