Hot Garlic Chicken Sizzler

Chkn bite size hlf kg
G/g paste 2tbsp.salt.orange red colour.
2tbsp schzuan sauce.
Rice flour 
Cournflour paste
Marinate chkn pieces n roll in rice flour n dip in cournflour paste n deep fry..
Drain  on kitchn towell excess oil..
Veggies
Cabbage 1cup
Red n yellow bell peppers.
Baby corns.
Celery chopped..
Ing fr garlic sauce.
3tbsp butter 1tbsp oil.
4tbsp minced garlic
2tbsp ginger minced
1tbsp green chilli chopped
3tb sp Schzuan sauce.
Hlf tbsp soya sauce.
Heat butter n oil saute ggg minced tghtgr..wen its golden add all sauces..red colour.put hlf cup water n low flame till den anothr pan heat 2tbsp butter add cabbage .red n yellow bell peppers saute ..baby corns optional.sprinkle little garlic sauce on it and add dis veggies in galic sauce pan ..lastly add chkn in d pan n celery chopped..saute..now heat d sizzler tray on high flame till hlf an hour wen its extra hot n red..transfer it in its shelf..now u can put ur garlic chkn with cornflour paste (1cup water mix with 2tbsp cournflour)in ur sizzling tray n serve hot.fr more smoke u can put dollops of butter on d sides or garlic sauce..
