Instant Chawal Crispy Wada

Ingredients:-.

*Rice flour:- 1cup*
*2 green chilles* (cut into very small pieces)
*Cumin seeds:- 1tsp*
*1 tsp grated /paste of ginger*
*salt per taste*
*1 cup curd*
*1 cup water*
*Coriander*


Method ;-

*Mix all the ingredients in a vessel add water if required.
*Prepare free flowing consistency batter.
*Add the batter in kadhai.
*Stir continuously on low medium flame and cook.
*Cook till it becomes a soft dough.
*Turn of flame and transfer into a bowl.
*Add finely chopped coriander.
*Grease hands  and prepare vada.
*Take oil and deep fry the vada.
*Flip and fry until golden crisp.



Serve hot vada in plate with chuttney..😋😋
