Moong dal Kachori

SU JOSE: 

- 1 cup Moong dal
- 2tbsp oil 
- 1tsp cumin seeds 
- 1tsp crushed fennel 
- 1 tsp coriander seeds 
- 1 tsp red chili powder 
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- red chili powder 
- 1 tspn dhaniya powder 
- 1 tspn garam masala powder 
- 1 tspn amchor powder 
- 1 tspn sugar
- 1 tspn kasoori methi 
- salt to taste 
- pepper to taste 
- Green chilli 
- coriander leaves 
- 3 tbsp besan 
- 1 cup maida 

BANAWANI REET: 

- Take 1 cup Moong dal n soak for 3-4hrs, drain water n grind half of the dal coarsely.... 

- Now take a pan add 2tbsp oil heat it on low flame.... 

- Then add 1tsp cumin seeds,1tsp crushed fennel n  coriander seeds, then add salt pepper to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder a pinch ,dhaniya pwdr, garam masala pwdr, amchor pwdr, sugar, n kasoori methi 1tsp each, or according to taste.... 

-  v add green chili n coreinder leaves mix all well make sure the masala should not burn.... 

- Add besan 3tbsp roast it then add all moong dal coarsely n left over moong dal mix well Cook for 5 min on low flame  till moong dal is soft.... 

- keep the masala aside now take 1cup maida, add 2tbsp oil n salt to taste mix well add water n knead a soft dough cover n keep for 15min.... 

- Then take a ball of dough flatten it put moong stuffing in it n cover from all side n give a  round shape by pressing it little like a puri then fry it on a low flame for 5min.... from one side it will puff up n slowly turn it n fry for 5min or till golden from both sides fry on low flame
