Donut/ Doughnut

2 n half cup maida (250gms)
3/4 cup sugar powder
3/4 tsp baking powder 
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp  vinegar
Half cup milk
2 table spoon butter or ghee
Chocolate to coat
Oil to fry
Mix maida n sugar powder...add baking powder n soda n mix will ....then add milk n vinegar n make dough .....add 2 or 3 table spoon water if needed to make dough soft ..... Knead dough for 10 to 15 mins....add ghee or butter again knead for 30 seconds....let the dough rest for minimum 2 hrs....keep aside n apply little oil on dough so it doesn't dry....after resting tke half the dough n make thick rotis almost 5 mm thick.....cut with katori or donuts cutter or cookie cutter.....deep fry on medium to low flame..... Take out once golden....let it cool....once it. Totally cold apply chocolate
