1.Cook.1 Litre milk till it becomes half and turns thick
2.now add 1 cup of sugar cook for few more mins
3.when it cools down mix half kg chakka in it
4. Now pass this through thin seive so that it gets mixed throughly
5.Add eilachi pwdr ,rose water,soaked kishmish
6.Now add lemon juice n salt
Chill and serve

How To Make Chakka
Make curd from 1 lt milk then strain its water by hanging it in a cloth over night this way it becomes thick
U will get around 400 gms chakka
