MOONG DAL MATHRI RECIPE
Recipe by Zubedabhen Zulfikarbhai Kaba, Ratlam
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp red chili pd
1/4 tsp haldi pd
1/2 tsp dhniya pd
1/4 tsp kilonji
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp chaat masala
3 tsp cooking oil
Salt as per taste
METHOD:-
Moong dal ne 1 kalak bhigoi ne boil kari lesu, pachi acche si mesh kari lesu ane pachi ahna ma wheat flour ane bija sagla ingredients milawi ne ek dough banau su( not so soft and not so hard) ane 15 minutes rest pe rakh su. Gol roti banave ( roti medium thickness ni raakhsu)fork se roti ma hole kari lesu ane pachi diamond shape ya apne jem shape jove 6 em kat kari lesu ane pachi dip fry karsu(crispy karva vaste pehla medium pachi high flame par fry karsu)
Aa mathri aap log 1 month sudi store rakhi sako 6o
