Fried Stuffed Idli
Recipe By  Alefiyabhen   Noorani, Shahada

Heat 2 tsp oil in pan n roast 2 cup rava in it for 2-3 min

then take 1cup curd add rava salt n water mix well keep aside for 15 min mix well again

add water if batter is too thick make consistency like idli batter

For masala take 4boiled potatoes,
heat 1tsp oil in pan
add rai jeeru kari patta urad dal chana dal 1 tsp, salt green chili, haldi n lal mirch, mash potatoes mix well
add coreinder  leaves n keep aside
now boil water in steamer or idli cooker
Grease the idli plate with oil
then take idli batter
add 1tsp eno mix well
pour a little batter on idli plate
add a small ball of aloo masala n again pour batter on it like this pour batter in each mould then steam it for 15-20 min on high flame after that let the cooker cool down
take out the idlis
then in a non stick pan add oil jeeru rai green chili n kari patta haldi n lalmirch salt n put idli n stir fry the idlis serve it with coconut chutney n sauce
