Idli & Dosa Batter

Idli dosa batter
Recipe By Arwabhen Mohammedbhai Umrethwala

Ingredients
1 and half cup rice
1/2 cup udad dal white
1/2 cup si  kam rava
1 tsp baking soda
Salt as per taste

Method
Saok rice and dal together in morning and then at night grind it into a fine paste  and allow it to ferment full night ( if making in cold climate like rainy or winter season if u have oven pre heat it n when oven gets lil cool keep the batter in it ) so that batter will ferment very nicely then in morning give a mix to it and then add salt and baking soda and water and mix it properly add water to make thin
