Chicken Tikka Tandoori

CHICKEN TIKKA TANDOORI:
Recipe By Alefiyabhen Nooruddin

INGREDIENTS:
☑️Chicken 1kg boneless
☑️3 tbspn adrak lasan paste 
☑️1 tspn or as per taste
Kashimri red chilly powder (optional)
☑️Hung curd 3/4 tbspn 
Nimak as per taste

METHOD:
 1kg chicken ne fine c dhoi lo pachi ehma nimak naakhi ne mix karo hawe ehma adrak lasan nu paste, kashmiri laal mircha nu powder ya bija koi b lal mircha hoy toh e pan naakhi sakai che, add red food colour 2 pinch(optinal) marinate for 15 mins...
🔘Taar tak dahi ne hung karo, 1 galan/filter ma dahi ne naakhi ne muko ehna c ehnu akkhu Pani nikli jase aane dahi ekdum thick thai jase🔘.15 mins pachi dahi chicken ma naakhi ne fine c mix karo hawe aa marination ne 4- 5 kallak maate mukido...
 Hawe ehne sigdi ma kolsa naakhi ehna saliya par tel Lagavi ne 1 1 tikka ne saliya ma naakhi ne bbq karo...
Yummy tandoori tikka Is ready lemon juice naakhi ne serve karo with sliced onions, green chutney and sauce...
Note: agar sigdi na hoy toh oven ya fry pan ma b kari sakai che...
