Potatoes Laganiya Seekh

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes- 5-6

Chapattis-2-3

Or

Rice -smash one small bowl

Green chillies 2/3 

Salt as per ur taste

Tumeric powder 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

Cumin coriander powder 1 tsp

Coriander

Chat masala 1/2 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Sugar and lemon as per taste

Egg 2

Oil for greasing pan

Semolina 1-2 tsp for binding


Method

Take 2-3 chapattis grind it in grinder or leftover 1 small bowl rice

Boil 5-6 potatoes peel it and smash it

Add salt, green chillies, tumeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, chat masala, garam masala, sugar, lemon

Add some coriander leaves

Add the roti or rice in it

Add 1 spoon semolina

Mix it well with hand

Add one egg in it

Mix it

In a pan put oil, spread the mixture

At the top spread egg

Cover the pan and allow it to cook till the egg is cooked

It will take approx 5-6 minutes

Serve it with tomato sauce mayonnaise dip
