Khajoor Pak

Khajoor Pak 
Recipe By Batulbhen K Lashkery,Indore 

Home made dish very easy and good in winter
No measurements needed

Ingredients:-
Khajoor
Little pure ghee
Little malai (optional) 
Dry fruits as per your taste. 
A little bit of samolina (rava) 

- Soak khajoor for a night or one whole day when soft drain out the water, do not throw the water drink it , taste like honey water and extremely sweet. 

- Now take out the seeds from the khajoor with hands and grind the pulp into fine paste. 

- In a vok keep it on slow flame stirring after every little while, add ghee 3-4 tsp for 1kg khajoor, and little malai from your daily milk.
 
- Let it cook till colour changes to dark brown.

- Saute 3 tsp of samolina in a pan and add it to the khajoor, now your mixture will become a little hard add grated dry fruits. 

- Grease a tray spread the mixture garnish with little dry fruits on top.  
- Cut into pieces and store.
