Pan Cake

PAN CAKE 

RECIPE BY 
TASNEEMBHEN MULLA MUFADDALBHAI GHEEWALA

Makes 7 Pcs 

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Maida 🍚
- 4 teaspoon baking powder 🍶
- A pinch of salt (optional) 🫙
- 1 tablespoon sugar 🍚
- 1 egg 🥚
- 1 1/4 cup milk 🥛
- 1/4 cup melted butter 🧈
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 

Method 
1. In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix them well. 
2. Take another bowl break an egg and add all the wet ingredients (Milk, butter & vanilla essence) Whisk them in till well combined 
3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and slowly add the wet ingredients while folding the batter. Make sure there are no lumps. 
4. To cook, take a heavy bottom pan add a little butter and use a cup to pour the batter (about 1/4 cup). 
You can stop here for plain pan cakes 
Add choco chips for toppings if required add a little more batter on top to cover the Choco chips. 
5. Flip the pan cake and cook on both sides un till golden. 
Serve with Chocolate syrup, honey 🍯 or maple syrup.
