Veg Fried Rice


Veg Fried Rice

- 2 tbsp oil 
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 1/2 cup carrot chopped 
- 1/2 cup cabbage Chopped 
- 1 cup capsicum chopped 
- 1 tsp salt / salt to taste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce 
- 1 tbsp vinegar 
- 1 сup rice

1. heat oil in a pan
2. Add ginger garlic paste
3. Add spring onion, саrrot, cabbage and capcicum 
4. Add salt, vinegar and soya sauce
5.Mix well till simmer (add rice)
6. Mix well, serve hot
