How To Make Sonth Na Laddu (Suth Na Lado)

SONTH NA LADDU | SONTH KE LADDU 

RECIPE BY TASNEEMBHEN MULLAH MUFADDALBHAI GHEEWALA





Sonth na lado 
Faida- postpartum (suvavar ma), varicose veins (nus (veins) nu problem hoi), for generating heat in body during cold climate (thandi ma khavai)
 
Ingredients
- 50 grms dried ginger powder (Sonth) 
- 50 grms makhana (puffed rice) 
-50 grms jaggery (gol) 
-25grms Dry fruit powder (Padam & Pista no bhuko) 
-25grms melon seeds (Magaj na seeds) 
-25grms ghee 
-25grm gundar 


Method 
1. Ghee garam Kari ne ehma gundar nakho 
2. Gundar phuti jai toh ehna ghee ma si nikali ne ehne suth ne makhana na powder ma nakhe ehna sathe dryfruits nu powder ne Magaj na bheej nakhi de 
3. Bache la ghee ma gol nakhi ehna sathe mix Kari de.
4. Garam mixture si ladu banave. Ladu thanda mixture ma nai bane. 
5. Sawar ma ane raat ma ek ek leva si Ghana faida Thai che. 

Heat ghee in a pan and add gundar, add the gundar to the makhana powder and dried ginger powder along with melon seeds and dry fruit powder.
Melt the jaggery in the remaining ghee and add it to the mixture. Make ladus and store in an air tight container. 

Eat one early in the morning and before bed to attain enormous health benefits.
