How To Make Dry Fruit Chocolate

Dryfruit Chocolate

500 grams couverture dark chocolate.
50 grams badam 
50 grams pista 
50 grams walnut
50 grams pecan
Black currant
Yellow drahks.
Cut all dry fruits to chunks.
U can add any dry fruits of your choice.

1/2 tea spoon cinnamon
1/2 ginger powder
1/2 Himalaya salt.


Double boil chocolate add these 3 powders.
Stir to cool... add all the dry fruits n stir  to room temperature.
U can use moulds 

Cut shapes of ur choice 
Then keep in freeze for 15 minutes 
Enjoy
