Good for kids tiffin, and sunday special meal... 
Full of protein and carbohydrate

Ingredients:- 
Roti, 
Egg
Mayonnaise, sauce 
Chilly flakes oregano,
Cheese slice
kothmir, curry patta,  grind karine powder banavelo
Boiled peas, (optional) 
Namak 
For frying egg
Red chilly powder,
 haldi,
dhana jeeru, 
Namak

Method:- 
Egg ne fry karva waste ek bowl ma namak red chilly powder, haldi, dhana, jeeru mix karo hawe ehma egg naakho, mix well
Fry it. .. 
Ehne triangle ya square shape ma cut karo, 
Ek plate ma roti muko
Sauce n mayonnise nakhi ne spread karo, cheese slice muko, spread chillybflakes n oregano, spread kothmir n curry patta powder... 
Ehne square shape ma fold karo aane toaster ma nakhi ne roast karo, roasting waaste pure ghee no use kari sakai che instead of butter... 
Toaster na badle tawa par bhi roast kari sakai che... 

Innovative Roti sandwich is ready... 
Serve with papad Or wafers with mayonnise and sauce.. 😋😋
