How To Make Healthy Dryfruit Balls

 Healthy Dryfruit balls 
From:Sakinabhen Hamzabhai Bhayajiwala

Ingredients:-
100g Badam
100g pistachios 
100g cashews
100g walnut
100g edible gum(Barik Gond)
250g foxnuts(makhana)
40g pumpkin seeds 
40g watermelon 🍉 seeds
40g flaxseed (Alsi)
1kg khajoor without seeds

Method:-
In pan add 2tbsp ghee roast the
Khajoor until it becomes soft
Let it cool then mix khajoor in mixer and make paste (don't add water)
 In pan add 2tbsp makhana Roast it after it cools make powder of makhana keep it aside.
In pan add 2bsp Ghee n Roast the Gond and keep it aside
Take all the dryfruit n crush them coarsely (don't  make  powder)
Again in pan add 3tbsp spoon ghee,Roast the dryfruit,  makhana powder, Gond and all the seeds (MENTION in above ingredients)  Roast till 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame
Then add khajoor mixture 
Give continues stiring  until it binds with dryfruit properly
( If sweetness is less add Melted jaggery (Gol) )
Let it become cool
Apply little ghee on hand ✋️ 
N make small small ladoos 
Here we go DRYFRUIT BALLS 
ARE READY
serve with HOT Milk  🥛
